We are pleased to announce the PTO Council and Chairs for the 2024/2025 school year!

At the Summer ASH Experience, ASH kids from kindergarten to high school can have fun while learning a new skill or extending current skills and knowledge. There will be two sessions - June 17-21 and June 24-28.
Day Camp - learn a new skill or extend your knowledge
Sports Camp - games will vary and include less traditional sports
MS/HS Photography and Design - hands-on studio masterclass in portrait photography and magazine design
MS/HS Robotics - build your very own robots, learn mechanical engineering concepts, and master CAD
Research Writing for Year 2 IB Students - learn research writing skills, get support for your Extended Essay and any summer IB Internal Assessments

Community Update
A new tunnel will open on July 5, connecting A44 to A4. Before this happens, a celebration is planned for June 22-23, during which the public can enter the tunnel.
While the festival on Saturday, June 22, is fully booked, it is still possible to participate in the sports day on Sunday, June 23, and bike or run through the tunnel. Click here for more information or to register.
June 6-29 — Holland Festival, the largest and longest-running multidisciplinary arts festival in the Netherlands.
June 14-16 — Open Garden Days, approximately 25 private Amsterdam gardens are open to the public.
June 15-24 — Illustrada Festival, a free outdoor digital art exhibition in Tilburg.
June 21-23 — Floating Flower Parade, a unique spectacle in which more than 50 boats are decorated with flowers, other plants, and fruits and vegetables. Each day, the Floating Flower Parade will follow a different route.
June 21-23 —Dutch Comic Con, a festival in Utrecht for lovers of games, science fiction, fantasy, cosplay, comic books, series, and films.
June 21-23 — Aalsmeer Flower Festival, a weekend full of flowers, art, and culture.
June 22 — Flag Day | First herring catch, a Dutch tradition each June, celebrating the year’s first herring catch at Flag Day in the port of Scheveningen.
June 23 — Amsterdam Roots Festival, a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary festival focusing on non-western music.
June 28-30 — Rotterdam Bluegrass Festival, featuring traditional bluegrass bands from Texas, Kansas, Kentucky, the Great Smoky Mountains, Virginia, Appalachia, the Mississippi Delta, and beyond.
June 30 — 4th of July Picnic, there will be hamburgers & hot dogs from the USA, Uncle Sam will make an appearance, and the US Marines will post the colors.
July 1 — Keti Koti Festival Amsterdam, a cultural festival remembering the painful history of slavery in the former Dutch colony of Suriname and commemorating its abolishment.
July 19-28 — Tilburg Funfair, the largest funfair in the Benelux region, has 200 attractions.
